Understanding the "Hamburger" Menu

In the WooCommerce mobile app, the Hamburger Menu (represented by three horizontal lines ☰) is your main navigation hub. It allows you to jump between different parts of your business instantly.

The Navigation Hub

On most Android devices, this is located in the top-left or bottom-right corner.

What’s Inside the Menu?

When you tap the hamburger icon, you will typically see these core sections:

???? My Store
A high-level overview of your sales performance and daily stats.
???? Orders
Access your full order history to process shipping and labels.
????️ Products
Manage your inventory, edit prices, and add new stock.
???? Reviews
See what customers are saying and reply to feedback on the go.

The "Switch Site" Feature

At the very top of the hamburger menu, you’ll see your site name. If you have multiple stores hosted with RUSD, tapping this allows you to switch between stores in seconds without logging out.

Settings & Support

At the bottom of this menu, you will find Settings (to change notification sounds) and Help & Support. If you run into an app glitch, this is where you can find version info to send to the RUSD team.

Can't find the menu? On some newer versions of the app, these icons are moved to a Bottom Navigation Bar. If your screen looks different, contact support and we’ll send you a screenshot for your specific device.
