Primary Domain Swap

Full payment must be made in advance, and no work will commence until payment has been received and confirmed. Payment must be made promptly upon receipt of the payment link. Delays in payment may result in delays to the requested service. Payment must be made using a valid payment method registered in my name or my organisation’s name. RUSD LTD reserves the right to request additional verification or decline to proceed with the request if the payment details provided cannot reasonably be matched to the individual or organisation submitting this form. I acknowledge that failure to comply with the above may result in my request not being processed.

I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Service Impact: The domain swap process may result in temporary disruption to website availability and email services. 2. Domain Status: The existing primary domain will be removed from active use on this hosting plan. Continued use may require additional services. 3. Content Responsibility: A domain change does not automatically update website content (including text, branding, or contact details). If I do not select a content update package, I accept full responsibility for making these changes. 4. Fees: I agree to the applicable service fees selected above, which will be invoiced and payable upon completion of the work. 5. SEO & Performance: I understand that changing a domain may affect search engine rankings, traffic, and email deliverability. RUSD LTD accepts no liability for any resulting impact. 6. Data & Compatibility: I acknowledge that existing configurations, integrations, or third-party services may require further updates following the domain change. 7. Limitation of Liability: RUSD LTD shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from this request, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or revenue.
