What counts as a "Revision"?
A revision is defined as a small content update to an existing page, such as swapping an image, changing a paragraph of text, or updating contact information.
How do I submit a request?
All update requests must be submitted via Ticket System. Please allow a 48-72 hour turnaround time for all standard maintenance tasks.
Do unused revisions roll over?
Revisions must be used within the current billing month. Unused revisions do not roll over to the following month.
What happens if I cancel the plan?
If you decide to cancel your Ultimate Plan, your website will remain online. Your account will simply revert to our Standard Hosting Only plan at the current annual rate (currently £59.99/year). You will lose access to the inclusive monthly revisions and managed WordPress updates, and you will be billed annually moving forward.
