Android App: Login Instructions
Ready to manage your orders from your Android device? Follow these steps to log in to your RUSD-hosted store securely.
Standard Login Method
- 1. Open the App: Tap the WooCommerce icon on your home screen.
- 2. Enter Site Address: Tap the blue button that says "Enter your store address".
- 3. URL: Type your full domain (e.g.,
https://www.yourdomain.com) and tap the arrow. - 4. Credentials: Enter your WordPress Username and Password.
- 5. Site Selection: If you have multiple sites, select your store from the list to load the dashboard.
Using the Magic Link
Hate typing passwords on a small screen? You can use a "Magic Link":
- Enter your email address in the app login screen.
- Tap "Send me a magic link".
- Open the email on your Android phone and tap the login button. The app will open and log you in automatically!
Android Security Tip: We recommend enabling Biometric Authentication (Fingerprint or Face Unlock) in the app settings to keep your store data protected if your phone is ever unlocked.
Login Failed? Make sure you have included the https:// at the start of your URL.
If it still fails, contact RUSD Support and we will check your site's REST API settings.
