Daily Store Management on Android
Once you are logged in, the WooCommerce Android app becomes a powerful tool for handling your day-to-day business tasks from anywhere.
Handling Orders
- 1. View Orders: Tap the Orders icon at the bottom. You’ll see a list of "Processing" and "Completed" sales.
- 2. Check Details: Tap any order to see the customer's address, shipping method, and items purchased.
- 3. Update Status: Once you've shipped an item, tap Mark as Completed to automatically notify the customer.
- 4. Contact Customers: Use the "Contact" buttons to quickly email or call a customer regarding their order.
Inventory & Products
Keep your store accurate while you're in the warehouse or at a physical shop:
- Stock Levels: Tap a product to quickly toggle "In Stock" or "Out of Stock".
- Update Prices: Change a sale price or regular price instantly.
- Product Photos: Take a photo with your Android camera and upload it directly as a new product image.
Reviewing Performance
The My Store tab gives you a high-level summary of your success:
- Stats: View total revenue and order counts.
- Top Sellers: See which products are performing best this week.
Android Feature: Use the "Share" icon on an order to print a packing slip or shipping label directly to any Wi-Fi connected printer (via Android Print Service).
Need more advanced features? Some bulk management tasks are still best performed on a desktop. If you need a custom report or bulk price update, please submit a support request.
