RUSD Client Portal FAQ
Technical answers for managing your rusd.uk hosting account, billing, and domain services via our WHMCS portal.
Q: How do I reset my RUSD Client Area password?
A: Navigate to the Password Reset page. Enter your registered email address to receive a secure reset link. If you have 2FA enabled, you will still need your authentication code to regain access.
Q: Where can I find my Hosting FTP and Control Panel credentials?
A: Your login details are located in the "New Account Information" email. You can view a copy of this in your Email History. Alternatively, log in to Services > My Services and click "Login to cPanel" for direct access without a password.
Q: How do I update my billing contact information?
A: Go to Account > Edit Account Details. Updates made here will apply to all future invoices and domain WHOIS records (depending on the TLD registry rules).
Q: Can I merge two separate RUSD client accounts?
A: Accounts cannot be merged automatically. To consolidate services, please open a support ticket. Our billing team will manually move your products and domains to a single primary account.
Q: What is the difference between "Cancellation" and "Expired"?
A: An Expired status occurs when an invoice is unpaid. A Cancelled status is a formal request by the user to terminate the service. You can request cancellation via the "Management Actions" tab in your service dashboard.
