How to Clean Your Mailbox via cPanel
If your email accounts are reaching their storage limit, you can use the Email Disk Usage tool in cPanel to bulk-delete old messages and clear space instantly.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Log in to cPanel.
- Navigate to the Email section and click on Email Disk Usage.
- Select the specific email account from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the folder you want to clean (e.g., Trash, Spam, or Sent).
- Click Manage next to that folder and choose a cleanup option, such as "1 year old or larger" or "All messages".
- Click Delete Permanently to free up the space.
Note: Once deleted via this tool, messages cannot be recovered. We recommend downloading important emails to your local computer before running a bulk cleanup.
