Creating a Manual Backup in cPanel
Protect your data by taking manual backups through the cPanel Backup Wizard before making major site changes.
Steps to Download a Backup:
- [+] Log in to cPanel and click **Backup Wizard**.
- [+] Click the **Back Up** button.
- [+] Select **Full Backup** or partial home directory backup.
- [+] Click **Generate Backup**.
Download the resulting backup file to your local computer for complete safekeeping.
