Step-by-Step Instructions:
- 1. Log in to your cPanel account.
- 2. Locate the "Email" section and click **Email Accounts**.
- 3. Click the blue **+ Create** button on the right.
- 4. Enter your desired username (e.g., sales) and a strong password.
- 5. Set your storage space limit and click **+ Create**.
Management Tip: Once created, you can click "Check Email" to use cPanel Webmail, or click "Connect Devices" to get the settings for your iPhone, Android, or Outlook app.
