Email & Communications Disclaimer

 

This policy governs the technical expectations and legal limitations regarding email and digital communication services provided by RUSD LTD.


1. NO DELIVERY GUARANTEE

While RUSD LTD maintains a 98/100 performance-optimized mail infrastructure, email is not a guaranteed communication method. Messages may be delayed, filtered, or rejected by recipient systems beyond our control. RUSD LTD does not provide a 100% delivery SLA.

2. THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE DEPENDENCY

Email services rely on a global network of external providers (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo). RUSD LTD has no authority over:

  • Third-party “Spam” filtering or “Junk” folder placement.
  • Greylisting or temporary throttling by external mail servers.
  • Global blacklisting policies enforced by independent bodies (Spamhaus, Barracuda, etc.).

3. LIMITATION OF BUSINESS RISK

🔴 Liability Waiver: RUSD LTD is not liable for any loss of business, missed opportunities, financial damages, or legal consequences resulting from failed, delayed, or undelivered email communications.

4. CLIENT CAPACITY & MONITORING

It is the Client’s responsibility to manage their digital ecosystem:

  • Mailbox Quotas: “Mailbox Full” status will result in rejected incoming mail. We are not responsible for data loss due to unmanaged storage.
  • Redundancy: Clients are advised to maintain alternative communication methods for time-sensitive business matters.

5. OFFICIAL SUPPORT CHANNELS

To maintain security and audit trails, official technical support is provided exclusively via our Client Portal or support@rusd.uk. Instant messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp) are considered secondary, informal channels and do not carry guaranteed response times or technical SLAs.
