Antispam Policy

ANTI-SPAM POLICY

RUSD LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards spam. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) to ensure a secure and professional digital environment.

WHAT IS SPAM?

In the context of electronic communications, “spam” refers to unsolicited, bulk, or indiscriminate messages, typically sent for commercial purposes without the recipient’s explicit consent. Use of RUSD LTD infrastructure to facilitate such messaging is strictly prohibited.

ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION

Immediate Suspension: RUSD LTD reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without prior notice if any account is found to be sending spam, using purchased mailing lists, or violating UK anti-spam laws. We accept no liability for business loss resulting from such service terminations.

AUTOMATED FILTERING & LIMITATIONS

Our systems automatically scan incoming and outgoing traffic to identify malicious content. While we maintain a 98/100 performance-optimized infrastructure, no filtering system is 100% reliable. Legitimate messages may occasionally be flagged; if you believe a message has been blocked, please contact our support team.

PROHIBITED USE

You must not use our hosting or email services for:

  • Sending bulk emails without documented double opt-in consent.
  • Utilizing third-party or scraped mailing lists.
  • Sending misleading, deceptive, or “phishing” content.
  • Distributing malware or unauthorized attachments.

REPORTING SPAM

If you receive any message via our systems that you believe is spam, please report it immediately to support@rusd.uk for investigation.
