Mozilla Thunderbird Setup
Thunderbird is a robust, open-source desktop client. It often detects settings automatically, but manual verification is recommended.
- 1. Open Thunderbird and select File > New > Existing Mail Account.
- 2. Enter your name, email address, and password.
- 3. Click Configure Manually.
- 4. Protocol: IMAP | Host:
mail.yourdomain.com| Port: 993 | SSL: SSL/TLS. - 5. Outgoing: Host:
mail.yourdomain.com| Port: 465 | SSL: SSL/TLS.
Authentication should be set to Normal Password. Click "Done" to begin syncing your folders.
